Giving to organizations which strengthen the capacity of existing institutions to reach a broader segment of the community, encourage cooperation, decrease duplication of services, and develop partnerships that can have a synergistic effect; address diversity and positive change; encourage citizen participation in meeting community challenges; demonstrate vision, action, effectiveness, good management and quality; focus on prevention and education; and provides models for replication.

Scholarships
The foundation administers over 30 scholarship funds for attendance at higher education institutions, ranging from $500 to $40,000 and from one year to four years. Some scholarships are for study of specific subject areas such as science, health care, and business-related degrees. Each scholarship fund has unique eligibility guidelines and deadlines.

  7. Copy of current year's organizational budget and/or project budget
